Check in with teacher or other educator at your school who can assist you. If school site support cannot assist, families or students could then:

  • Call the Help Desk for families & students @510-337-7000 extension 77999. Students and families will leave a voice message and will receive a call back from Technology or another department, depending on the details.
  • Open tech ticket by email .
